DESCRIPTION: 2 Story Single Family Residence Remodeling. Challenges included working with existing conditions of older Coral Gables homes, reinforcing existing structure to achieve large span openings, implement new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems in existing structure, combine and coordinate multiple materials and finishes including stone, wood, wallpaper and painted plaster.
